Juncus repens

There are many grasslike plants available for aquariums, but Juncus repens offers a unique look that makes it distinct. New plants form at the end of leaves, giving them a firework-like appearance. They are relatively undemanding, but grow best in a nutrient rich substrate with strong lighting. The addition of injected CO2 may not be necessarily required, but is highly recommended for vigorous growth.
