Anubias nana is the small leaved form of Anubias barteri. Just as easy to care for, this variety is ideal for smaller tanks. It prefers to grow attached to rock or wood, and will rot if the rhizome is fully buried in substrate. Established plants will form a dense cover over decor, providing excellent hiding places for shrimp and small fish. Any lighting will grow this variety, though it may not tolerate exceptionally high light. CO2 is not required.
