Chaetomorpha sp.

Chaetomorpha is a genus of macroalgae that has found tremendous success in home aquariums. It is attractive enough to use in a display, but many reef keepers prefer to use its rapid nutrient uptake as additional filtration in refugiums. Tolerant of any lighting and most salinity ranges, this macroalgae can be grown in almost any saltwater or brackish aquarium as long as its keeper can keep up with its rapid growth!
