Melanotaenia boesmani – Boesmani Rainbow

These Melanotaenia boesemani were produced by one of our talented local breeders. Males and females are available. We will do our best to determine sex, but appearance may change as the fish age. The fish pictured are representative of the group, but will not be the exact fish shipped.

They are between 2 and 3 inches currently, but males can reach up to 4. Water composition should not be crucial provided it is clean and not too soft. When provided with enough company and swimming space, boesemani rainbows are active and confident fish.
